Offer version: 2026-06-20
This Public Offer (oferta pública / contrato de adhesión, governed by articles 984–989 of the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code) is a binding agreement between you (the “Client”) and the Seller. It applies to every order placed on esotier.com for digital products and done-for-you services. By accepting this offer at checkout you enter into this agreement without the need for a separately signed contract.
The Seller provides digital products and services, including:
Prices shown on lot pages are indicative starting prices. For done-for-you services the final price is agreed individually after the Client submits a brief; the Seller confirms scope and cost by email before any work begins. Submitting an order form is a request for a quote and does not by itself create a payment obligation until scope and price are confirmed in writing.
50% advance payment is required for all services before work begins. The remaining balance is due on delivery.
The Seller issues a Factura E (export of services) for the advance upon agreeing the brief, and a second Factura E for the balance on delivery. Invoices may be issued in USD or in pesos at the Banco Nación rate on the invoice date.
The Client accepts this offer by ticking the “I have read and accept the Public Offer” checkbox when submitting an order. The acceptance — together with the offer version, timestamp, and IP address — is recorded as legal proof of agreement.
Each product is delivered with the license stated on its lot page (single-domain, multi-domain, agency white-label, or source-code handover). Exceeding the agreed license is a breach of this agreement.
Advance payments cover work already scheduled and resources committed; refunds for completed milestones are not provided. This agreement is governed by Argentine law. Disputes are resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
The Seller may update this offer. Each version carries a version identifier (shown at the top of this page); orders are bound to the version accepted at the time of the order.
